The Bike and BODi Bike Studio: Try The Bike and BODi Bike Studio in your home for 30 days and get a refund (less restocking fee) and free pickup if you decide to return it. $250 restocking fee applies.

How does delivery and the trial work?

With BODi’s delivery service, our team will deliver and install your bike in the room of your choice. The next 30 days are yours to experience the BODi difference and figure out if it’s right for you.

Terms and conditions:

Only first-time purchasers are eligible for Home Trial.

Request for return must be placed within 30 days from the day your bike is delivered. Return requests submitted after 30 days from date of bike delivery will not be honored.

$250 restocking fee applies for The Bike and BODi Bike Studio returns. If you paid in full, BODi will deduct the restocking fee from the amount refunded to you. If you financed your bike, you will be required to pay the $250 restocking fee to the financing partner.

BODi memberships: If you cancel within 30 days from the date you sign up, your membership will be refunded and you will no longer have access. If you attempt to cancel after 30 days from the date you sign up, your membership will not be refunded, but you will have access until the end of your then-current billing cycle.

You will be contacted to schedule a pickup.

Your BODi Bike, The Bike or BODi Bike Studio must be received in its original working condition, and you are required to return everything you received. Excessive wear and tear will void the Home Trial.

Refunds are initiated around the time all equipment is received in the local warehouse.

May not be combined with other promotions or offers.

NOTE: Please do not initiate a chargeback as an option for canceling your order. This can often hold your money for up to 75 days as the claim gets processed between BODi and your bank or credit card company.
